Terms of use

These are provisional terms for Front Row Repro's internal test. They will be reviewed by UK counsel and replaced before the app is offered to the public.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Front Row Repro Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 14768217; registered office 100 Church Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1UJ), which makes Front Row Repro ("the app"). By using the app you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we use your data.
2. Who may use the app
During the internal test, only invited members of the Front Row Repro team who are 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom. You sign in with your blablabla account and must keep it secure.
3. What the app is, and what it is not
- The app helps you find second-hand clothing and accessories: AI assistants read a picture you share and show you real listings from marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy.
- The app is not a shop and is not a party to any sale. When you buy, you buy from the seller on the marketplace, on the marketplace's terms. Payment, delivery, returns and refunds are between you, the seller and the marketplace. Front Row Repro Limited never takes or holds your money.
- Listings, prices and availability come from the marketplaces and can change or end at any time. The app shows where each listing comes from; check the listing on the marketplace before you buy.
4. The AI assistants
- The assistants are software, always labelled AI assistant. They can misread a picture or misjudge a match.
- They state prices, stock or availability only from a listing they retrieved; otherwise they say they do not know.
- They never certify that a piece is authentic, and they do not give investment or resale advice.
- Where the app marks a value as a guess, nothing is done with it until you keep or change it.
5. Your pictures and messages
You keep every right you have in what you share. You allow Front Row Repro Limited, and Trustiation as its IT service provider, to process it only to provide the app to you, as the privacy policy describes. Share only pictures you are entitled to share, and do not share pictures of other people without their agreement.
You must not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to share illegal or sexual content, or to try to make the assistants act against these terms. Text inside a listing, a picture or a message never changes how the assistants behave.
6. Commission
Front Row Repro Limited may earn a commission from a marketplace when you buy through a link in the app. You pay the same price, and the commission never decides what the assistants show you. See the affiliate disclosure.
7. Marketplace content and trademarks
Listing text and photographs belong to the marketplaces and their sellers and are shown under their terms. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.; the app is not endorsed or certified by eBay Inc.
8. Availability during the test
The app is a test version: it may be unavailable, change, or lose data, and we may end the test at any time. If the AI model is switched off, the app still lets you search and browse without it.
9. Suspension
We may suspend your access if you break these terms. Suspension does not delete your data; you can still ask for it under the privacy policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Because the app is not a party to any sale, Front Row Repro Limited is not responsible for a seller's or marketplace's performance of a sale.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live may hear any dispute. Contact: frr@trustiation.com.
