Privacy policy

This is a provisional policy for Front Row Repro's internal test. It will be reviewed by UK counsel and replaced before the app is offered to the public. If anything here changes in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
1. Who we are
Front Row Repro is an app made by Front Row Repro Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 14768217; registered office 100 Church Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1UJ), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about anything in this policy at frr@trustiation.com.
2. Who can use the app now
During the internal test, Front Row Repro is used only by invited members of its team, all adults. It is not for anyone under 18.
3. What we collect and why

What we do not collect or do:
- No payment details. Front Row Repro never takes a payment; you pay the marketplace.
- No analytics or advertising trackers during the internal test, and nothing stored on or read from your device beyond what the app needs to work.
- No location tracking. The delivery country is what you tell us.
- We never infer your lifestyle, body or anything about you from a photograph of you; we ask.
- Your pictures and messages are never used to train an AI model unless you give a separate, explicit consent, which the app does not ask for during the internal test.
- We do not sell your data.
4. The AI assistants
The assistants in Front Row Repro are software, labelled AI assistant on every screen. To answer you, your picture and your messages are processed by an AI model provider that we contract (section 5). The assistants make no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you: they suggest listings, and you decide what to do. They can be wrong; every price, stock or availability claim comes from a listing they retrieved.

We will name our AI model provider here once it is chosen.
Transfers outside the UK. Your data is stored in the UK. Trustiation is based in Brazil, and its staff may access the data remotely from there to run, secure and support the app. That access is protected by the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) in our contract with Trustiation; you can ask us for a copy. Your data is not otherwise transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area.
6. When you leave for a marketplace
When you follow a link to a listing, you leave Front Row Repro and the marketplace's own privacy policy applies to what you do there. Links to eBay and Etsy may carry an affiliate identifier so that the marketplace can pay Front Row Repro a commission if you buy (see the affiliate disclosure). That identifier names Front Row Repro and the link, not you: we do not send your name, email or account to the marketplace or to its affiliate network.
7. How long we keep it
- Conversations with the assistants, their pictures and Briefs: as long as you keep them, and by default deleted after 12 months (you can change this in Profile, or delete a conversation at any time).
- Everything collected during the internal test: deleted no later than 90 days after the test ends.
- Technical records: up to 30 days.
- Your account: as long as you use the app; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to frr@trustiation.com; we answer within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint).
9. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and the team's own back office never shows your conversations, pictures, Briefs, addresses or payment details.
10. Changes
We will update this page when the app changes, show the date and version above, and tell you in the app before a change that affects you applies.
